These Terms outline your relationship with Tekkaro Tech. (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using our technical support services (the “Services”), you (“you” or “Client”) agree to these legally binding terms.

1. Scope of Services

We deliver secure, remote-first tech support for all devices, networks, and cloud systems across home, business, and enterprise use cases.

2. Billing & Payment Protocol

Weekly invoices are issued every Monday and are payable within 3 days. Delays past 7 days may result in a 2% fee per 14-day cycle and service interruption.

3. Cancellation & Refund Guideline

All sales are final. Exceptions include:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Failure to begin service within 7 days
  • Verified internal technical failures

Refund requests must be submitted within 10 business days.

4. Termination Clause

Either party may terminate with 14 days’ notice. Services rendered to date are still due.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide secure access for diagnostics
  • Comply with our Acceptable Use guidelines
  • Avoid use of services for illegal or unethical purposes

Acceptable Use Guide

Misuse of our Services is prohibited. This includes:

  • Promoting illegal or harmful content
  • Violating copyrights or platform rules
  • Abusing system resources or staff

Violation may result in immediate suspension.

Know Your Customer (KYC) & Risk Review Policy

Clients who remit over $10,000 CAD/month are subject to identification and business verification:

  • Individuals: Government ID, proof of address
  • Businesses: Incorporation docs, beneficial owners
  • High-risk clients: Enhanced vetting

AML & Sanctions Compliance

We align with the PCMLTFA and global regulations to prevent misuse of our services.

  • Sanctions screening (OFAC, UN, EU, Canada)
  • Monitoring for unusual activity
  • Reporting suspicious transactions to FINTRAC
  • We do not service embargoed nations

We’ll acknowledge within 3 business days and aim to resolve within 14. Escalations can be directed to management or legal counsel.
